Your bank card has expired, or you've moved home - here's how you edit your billing details.
How you pay for your subscription will determine how you update your billing details.
If you purchased your subscription through the iOS or Android App, then you'll be updating your details through Apple and Google's systems. If you purchased your subscription through our Web platform, you can update your details in the same place.
How to Update your Billing Details Through the Web Platform:
If you purchased your subscription through our Web platform, then you are able to edit your billing details through the Web platform too.
Click on Settings from the left hand menu to bring up your subscription options.
Select Edit Billing Details from the options to be taken to the page to update your account with your new details.
Add in your new details and press Save Card at the bottom once you're all done. That's it!
How to Update your Billing Details Through the App:
If you purchased a subscription through the iOS or Android App, your billing details are held within Apple and Google's systems and not within our App.
